The House Next Door

    $200 per night

    - 2 night minimum stay.

 

   * Please call for extended stay (more than 7 nights) rates

   * Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
   * State and local taxes totaling 13% will be added

   * Add $20 per person, per night if more than 4 guests.

Our Policies:
      -Check-in time - 4:00pm
      -Check-out time - 11:00am
      -Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours 
        in advance to avoid being charged for the full 
        reservation.
      -Kids welcome!

      -No smoking*
      -No pets*

      * A minimum additional cleaning fee of $50 will

         be charged to guests who ignore this policy

Check-in Procedure:
      - Your reservation confirmation will include a security
        combination number for the lockbox attached to the
        front door.  Upon arrival, you'll press the code in,
        open the box, and find the key inside.
